In “Crash,” a healthcare worker’s experience at a vehicle accident sets off a painful emotional decline worsened by assumptions that frontline staff, already in high demand and overworked during the pandemic, were adequately supported, leaving the main character permanently changed.

Don Nguyen is a designer, comic book and storyboard artist. He teaches comic and cartoon character drawing at Los Angeles City College. He created Pablo the Gorilla, contributed to over twenty successful and delivered crowdfunding campaigns, and produced comics for Tulane University, Yale and University of Denver. His official #Inktober project Siren’s Song with writer Andy Nordvall was #1 for sci-fi and fantasy illustration on Amazon Kindle, Top 100 in print. He designed the BLM Skull Fist for Punisher co-creator Gerry Conway's #SkullsforJustice fundraiser and is a sketchcard artist for with Upper Deck and Topps for Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars & Nickelodeon properties.
