About this comic
In Greek mythology, Acheron is the River of Woe / Misery of the Underworld across which the ferryman Charon takes the dead, transporting them from the upper to the lower world. This comic provides a snapshot of two hospital staff tasked with ferrying persons who have died from COVID to the morgue.

Ben (he/him) is a cartoonist, art director, illustrator, designer, and writer. Ben graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2021 with a BFA in Illustration and Minors in Sequential Art, Graphic Design and Creative Writing. He currently divides his time working as an Associate Art Director at Intouch Seven and on various freelance projects. When he’s not working, Ben enjoys eating and making good food, singing in and out of the shower, devouring comics, movies, tv shows, and video games, and living life with his partner.
